OnePlus just launched the OnePlus 9R, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the OnePlus 9 series, as it had promised. It has a 6.55-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 16-megapixel in-screen camera with Sony IMX471 sensor. The phone has a flat Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 870 SoC with built-in 5G NSA / SA, larger vapor chamber to keep temperature low when gaming, has up to 12GB of RAM, and runs Android 11 with OxygenOS 11.
The phone has a 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 16 ultra-wide camera, 5MP macro and a 2MP monochrome lens. It packs a 4500mAh (Twin 2250mAh batteries) and Warp Charge 65W charging that can charge the phone fully in just 29 minutes. Instead of a glass back in other OnePlus 9 series phones, this has a polycarbonate back with a matte finish. The charger also supports up to 45W PD charging so that it supports devices such as laptops or tablets.
