ASUS ZenBeam E2 wireless mini LED portable projector with Auto Portrait Mode, built-in battery announced


ASUS has unveiled their new ZenBeam E2 mini LED portable projector, featuring an Auto Portrait mode, a 5-watt speaker, a WVGA wireless projection, wireless Bluetooth speaker capabilities and more. Along with this, ASUS also announced a whole range of ProArt Displays for creators with OLED options and built-in calibrators.

The ZenBeam E2 comes with a built-in G-sensor that enables the Auto Portrait mode, where the projector can sense the placement and automatically switch the projection between horizontal or vertical orientation. It can project images up to 100‑inch, with a maximum of 300 lumens brightness and WVGA (854 x 480) resolution.

For inputs, it features HDMI, USB Type-A and of course wireless projection support from an Android 10, iOS and Windows device. It comes with a built-in 5-watt speaker with ASUS SonicMaster technology, and the built-in battery is rated for 4 hours of video playback in low mode usage.

Coming to the displays, the ProArt Display OLED PA32DC display features 31.5-inch 10-bit OLED panel with 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour space and ASUS Smart HDR technology inside. It has a built-in Auto Calibration tool that can integrate with Calman Ready and LightIllusion ColourSpace CMS tools too. The ProArt Display PA328CGV on the other hand, features a 32-inch 165Hz, 2560×1440 resolution panel with FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification.
