Sony has announced that the Playstation Plus Collection for the PS5 will be discontinued on May 9, 2023. The PS Plus Collection is a collection of 19 games available to PS5 owners who are Playstation Plus subscribers.
Among the 19 games in the Playstation Plus Collection were some well-known titles such as God of War, Uncharted 4, and Mortal Kombat. These were made available as a bonus for PS5 owners only when the console was released in 2020. The company is now discontinuing this policy.
Users who redeemed the games, however, could continue to play them even after May 9 as long as they were Playstation Plus subscribers. If you don’t want to miss out on those games, you can redeem them until May 9. For your convenience, here is a list of the PS Plus Collection’s 19 games.

Regarding the announcement, Sony said,
We also wanted to provide an update on the PlayStation Plus Collection that has been offered as a benefit to PlayStation Plus members on PS5 since 2020. On May 9 the PlayStation Plus Collection will no longer be offered.
If you haven’t redeemed the titles in this collection yet, you can still do so until May 9, which will enable you to access those titles even after this date for as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus member.
