Redmi Note 12 with 6.67″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 685, 5000mAh battery launched in India starting at Rs. 14999


Xiaomi just launched the Redmi Note 12 4G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.67″ FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, is powered by the latest Snapdragon 685 with up to 6GB of RAM. It has a 13MP front camera inside the punch-hole.

At 7.85mm, this is the thinnest Note, said the company. It runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top, and the company has confirmed 2 Android OS updates and 4-year security updates.

The phone has a 50MP rear camera along with the 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor, has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.

Pricing and availability

The Redmi Note 12 comes in Lunar Black, Sunrise Gold and Ice Blue colours and is priced Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB + 64GB version and the 6GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 16,999. It will be available from Mi.com, Flipkart, Mi Home and Mi Studio, and authorized retail partners starting 6th April, 12 noon.
