Veira Group, India’s largest ODM for smart TVs, has announced an increase in semi-automatic washing machine and air cooler production capacity from 0.3 to 1 million units per year.
To achieve this figure, a new washing machine and air cooler assembly line was installed at the Greater Noida plant, allowing the company to introduce new variants and increase flexibility for multimodel production of large appliances.
This plant currently manufactures 1 lakh semi-automatic washing machines and 100,000 coolers. Because of the new capacity, over 250 people will be employed.
In order to give its customers, the widest possible selection of Semi-Automatic washing machines and Desert coolers in 30-120 likes, Veira has announced the addition of more than 500 new molds for the production of a variety of up to 20 new variants of each product. The company has also stated its commitment to producing small appliances within the next five years.
The Veira Group is currently doing well in the production of Smart TVs and has recently acquired nano-cell technology for the production of Mini LED TVs. In the near future, we can anticipate positive growth for the company.
