itel has announced that it will launch its S23+ smartphone in India soon, priced under Rs. 15,000. The main highlight of the phone is its 6.78-inch FHD+ 3D Curved AMOLED screen, compared to a 6.6″ 90Hz LCD screen in the S23, which was launched a few months back.
The phone went official recently that confirms its specifications that include an Unisoc T616 4G SoC with 8GB RAM, an additional 8GB virtual RAM, 256GB storage, Android 13-based itelOS 13 with Aivana GPT AI-based voice assistant.
The phone has a a 50MP primary camera along with a secondary camera, 32MP front front inside the punch-hole, in-display fingerprint scanner and a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
The company also highlights the Dynamic Bar software feature that lets you access crucial notifications such as battery status, incoming calls, reminders, and unlock status. We had seen this in some phones like realme as mini capsule.
The itel S23+ is priced at about $120 (Rs. 9,980 approx.) for the global market and will be available in Africa first, and the India launch is expected in the next few weeks.
