Samsung Galaxy S23 FE with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 / Exynos 2200 shows up in Google Play Console


The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is generating buzz as it approaches its expected launch date. Google Play Console listing has unveiled two variants of the Galaxy S23 FE 5G: Samsung r11q and Samsung r11s.

The r11q model is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, featuring an Adreno 730 GPU. Meanwhile, the r11s model is powered by an Exynos 2200 chipset. Aside from the processor and GPU differences, both variants share similar specifications.

The Galaxy S23 FE 5G is listed with 8GB of RAM. Other notable specifications mentioned on the Google Play Console include the Android 13 operating system, a Full HD+ screen resolution, and a screen density of 450 DPI. The device’s design is showcased with a triple rear camera setup, including LED flash. The front of the device features a center punch-hole cutout.

The device is expected to sport a 6.3-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP rear camera with OIS, a 12MP Ultra Wide sensor, an 8MP Telephoto camera with OIS, a 10MP front camera, and will run on Android 13 with One UI 5. The device is also anticipated to have a 4500mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging.

As per the leaker Abhishek Yadav, Samsung has distributed posters of the Galaxy S23 FE to its promoters. While Samsung has not officially confirmed the release date, it is anticipated to launch in October and may become available globally by late 2023 or early 2024.
