Apple Self Service Repair Diagnostics Tool
Apple has introduced a new diagnostic tool, Apple Diagnostics, for Self Service Repair. Currently available in the U.S., it will extend to Europe next year.
Aimed at users with repair knowledge, Apple Diagnostics enables troubleshooting sessions, allowing customers to test device functionality and identify parts that may require repair.
For those lacking experience in device repairs, Apple recommends visiting authorized service providers with certified technicians. These professionals use genuine Apple parts, meeting international standards for safety and reliability.
Extended Availability in Europe
This service is now accessible for iPhone 15 and M2-powered Mac models, such as the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro, 15-inch MacBook Air, Mac mini, Mac Pro, and Mac Studio.
Self Service Repair is now accessible in 24 additional European countries, including Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, Portugal, and Switzerland. This expansion brings the total number of supported Apple products to 35 across 33 countries and 24 languages.

Over the past three years, we have significantly increased service locations and Independent Repair Providers worldwide, with a network of over 5,000 Apple Authorized Service Providers and 4,500 Independent Repair Providers supporting more than 100,000 technicians.
