Samsung has reportedly scheduled the Galaxy Unpacked event for the Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6, and Galaxy Ring on July 10th in Paris. Ahead of the launch, the storage variants, color options, weight, and pricing of the foldables have surfaced online, thanks to @OnLeaks.
According to renders, there aren’t many changes with the Galaxy Z Flip6. It retains the same 6.7-inch inner display and 3.4-inch cover screen. We expect an upgraded 50MP main sensor at the back and a slightly larger battery, as its thickness has increased from 6.9mm to 7.4mm. It should weigh 187g and come in Mint, Silver Shadow, Yellow, and Blue colorways.
The Galaxy Z Fold6, on the other hand, should also feature similar display sizes and dimensions to its predecessor but with a more boxy design. Its dimensions are 153.5 x 132.5 x 6.1 mm, making it 1.4 mm shorter and 2.6 mm wider than its predecessor.
The inner display will be 7.6 inches diagonally and the outer display will be 6.2 inches. It should weigh 239g (compared to 253g for the Fold5) and come in Navy, Silver Shadow, and Pink colorways.
Both foldables will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipset with Galaxy AI features.
