CMF Phone 1: Dimensity 7300 5G SoC, up to 8GB of RAM, under Rs. 20,000 price tag confirmed

After the design and display specs, Nothing has confirmed that the CMF Phone 1 will be India’s first smartphone to be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G SoC, promising a best-in-segment experience.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G processor, which was introduced last month, is an upgrade to the Dimesnity 7050 SoC. It retains the 8-core architecture, but uses a 4nm process from TSMC, promising improved efficiency, significantly reducing battery drain and extending usage times.

The company has posted scores of 673,000 on AnTuTu benchmark, better than Snapdragon 782G, Dimesnity 7050 and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.

CMF has also confirmed that the phone will come with up to 8GB of RAM, with up to 8GB of virtual RAM. Earlier rumours revealed there will also be a 6GB RAM version.

The official short teardown video by Zack Nelson of JerryRigEverything reveals that it is using SK hynix memory module. He also showed sensors like digital compass for navigation and motion sensors for movement.

On the Day 3 video posted today, TechnicalGuruji has confirmed that the phone will be priced under Rs. 20,000. The company already confirmed 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz Super AMOLED screen with up to 2000 nits peak brightness and HDR10+ support for the phone.

With CMF Phone 1, the company aims to make great design accessible to more people while delivering an uncompromised user experience through a focus on core product functionalities.

The CMF Phone 1 is set to launch on July 8 and can be live-streamed at cmf.tech. Alongside CMF Phone 1, the brand will also launch Watch Pro 2 and Buds Pro 2.
