realme just introduced the realme GT6 smartphone for the Chinese market, as it had promised. This has a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz 8T LTPO AMOLED S1+ flexible screen from BOE.
It also has Pro-XDR display, 3+1 Pluse low-frequency flicker DC dimming, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, up to 6000 nits peak brightness, global maximum brightness of 1600 nits, and the manual maximum brightness of 1000 nits. The phone has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. There is 10014mm² super 10,000-level cooling VC+ mid-frame ice-sealed structure, the same super-standard cooling system in flagships, and has GT mode 5.0, and Geek Performance Panel 2.0.
The GT6 has a 50MP rear camera with Sony IMX890 sensor, OIS, along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. There is a 16MP front camera.
It has a 5800mAh battery with second generation silicon-carbon anode battery technology, support for 120W SuperVOOC fast charging that can charge up to 100% in 32 minutes. The phone is compatible with 33W UFCS fusion fast charging and 55W PPS fast charging, and comes with a four-year battery warranty for the first sale.
There is Sky communication system, and overall signal strength increased by 45%, says the company. It comes in Light Year White, Storm Purple, and Dark Side of the Moon colours and has crystal armor glass.
