Nothing has announced the expansion of its service center network to better serve its growing customer base.
The company, recognized as the fastest-growing smartphone brand with a 567% growth in the first half of 2024, aims to improve customer support accessibility across India.
New Service Centers
Starting in October, Nothing India will open two new exclusive service centers in Hyderabad and Chennai. This will increase the total number of exclusive centers from three to five nationwide.
Priority exclusive service desks
Additionally, priority exclusive service desks will be set up at five multi-brand service centers, with new locations planned for Cochin, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. The priority desks in Kolkata and Gurgaon are already operational.
These centers offer high-quality service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Nothing India also provides pickup and drop services covering 18,000 pin codes, making reliable service more accessible.
Recent Developments and Future Expansion
The expansion follows the recent launch of the third Exclusive Customer Service Center in Mumbai and an earlier opening in New Delhi. Nothing’s devices are available at Flipkart, Croma, and Vijay Sales.
In recent years, the company has significantly increased its offline presence from 2,000 to 5,000 locations and plans to extend to 7,000 outlets across India.
Speaking about the expansion, Pranay Rao, Head of Marketing at Nothing India, commented,
