RedMagic 10 Pro series: 1.5K BOE true full-screen display with ultra-high screen-to-body ratio teased


Yesterday, RedMagic confirmed the announcement of RedMagic 10 Pro series in China on November 13th. As promised, the company held a joint event with BOE to introduce the display that will be used in the phones.

At the event, the company revealed that RedMagic and BOE have jointly achieved the latest scientific and technological achievement in the field of under-screen camera full-screen innovation.

The screen has the highest resolution of 1.5K with an ultra-high screen-to-body ratio of 95.3%, as well as excellent performance such as high refresh rate and high brightness, achieving comprehensive transcendence and bringing a comprehensive experience.

It is calling it “Wukong Screen” that will be first used in the RedMagic 10 Pro series and the nubia Z70 Ultra which will launch soon will also use the screen.

Earlier rumours revealed that the RedMagic 10 Pro+ will feature a 7-inch (f 2688 x 1216 pixels) 1.5K true full-screen display with no notches or interruptions, thanks to the under-screen front camera. It is said to come with 144Hz refresh rate.

The company already confirmed that the smartphones will use the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Rumours reveal a whopping, 7050mAh battery with up to 100W fast charging support.

ZTE Terminal Business Unit President, Nubia President Ni Fei, BOE Senior Vice President Chang Cheng and Chengdu Company General Manager Hui Guanbao and others attended and delivered speeches.
