Airtel has launched Number Locker, a new service that would let you keep your number active even if you are not using it. You can also avail outgoing and incoming facilities during this period. The base plan starts at Rs. 150 that would let you keep you number active for 180 days (6 months) and goes up to 2 years for the Rs. 600 plan.

With the new offer, you can now travel to other countries for a long period without caring about your number being disconnected. Airtel offers Number Locker recharge for pre-paid users online.
