Bloomberg reports that Samsung will be launching a Windows RT based tablet come October. With Microsoft entering the tablet game themselves by launching the Surface line of tablets, it will be interesting to see how Samsung differentiates itself.
Windows RT will bring the Microsoft’s Windows OS to the ARM architecture but will understandably not support any application written for the x86 architecture. Hewlett Packard announced last week that it will not be supporting Windows RT initially and will instead focus on bringing Windows 8 based tablets on the Intel architecture.
