Rumors about the HTC One with a bigger screen surfaced recently, now the company’s first phablet is reportedly on the works, according to the @evleaks who has the credibility of providing solid leaks in the past including the HTC One / M7. The device has also appeared in a Linux string as the T6 along with different variants including some of the carrier variant.
No details about the screen size or the internals of the device yet. Huawei was the first company to unveil a large screen Ascend Mate with a 6.1-inch display and Samsung announced the Galaxy Mega 6.3 last month that would go on sale in UK next month.
Would the T6 be the company’s flagship device replacing the HTC One ? We don’t know that yet. May be the company is planning to release a phablet to compete with the rumored Note 3 that is expected to be unveiled at IFA in September. Let’s wait for more details about the device.
