Idea Cellular has launched Campus Card in the Delhi & NCR region aimed at college students that offers talk time, data, SMS and discounted calling. This would let them stay in touch with their friends and family for 30 paisa a minute (Local Idea to Idea). Both Vodafone and Aircel had launched similar packs aimed at college students earlier this month.
The Idea Campus Card recharge is price at Rs. 79 and comes with talk time worth Rs. 30. Other benefits include, 400 MB of data, 100 local or national SMSes. Apart from local on-net (Idea to Idea) calls at 30 paise per minute it also offers other calls (local or STD) at 40 paisa a minute. The Campus Card comes with a validity of 1 month.
This would definitely be useful not only for college students, but also for other younger generation. Other operators are yet to announce such packs.
