We had reviewed the Lava E-Tab XTRON earlier and found it to be a pretty decent tablet for a really low price. But the company has improved upon the original and has labeled it the XTRON+ that launched recently, and as usual, we have unboxed it to show you what the differences and the box contents. While there are not many changes with respect to the original, you might want to watch the few that we noticed in the video here –

Here are the box contents lined up in a single image –
Quite unusual box contents except for the 3.5 mm headphones. You have a DC plug adapter, a USB OTG cable and a bunch of pamphlets for user guide, offers and such. Weirdly enough, the tablet doesn’t charge over micro USB which we found quite limiting. Coming to the tablet, we were pleasantly surprised by the similar aluminium build that you can find in its predecessor, it really felt nice in the hands.
Regarding the changes, the XTRON+ adds a mini HDMI port on the sides, a rear facing 2 MP camera and the ability to charge only through the DC plug. We’ll be finding out more about the device soon and let you know how it goes, till then, stay tuned to the blog and check our YouTube channel regularly for new content. More pics here –
