Google announced the Digital Wellbeing feature with Android Pie aimed at being responsible with smartphone usage. Digital Wellbeing helps you understand your phone usage better, app usage timers so that you can limit the usage, visuals detailing how many times you unlock your phone per day and how many notifications you receive. Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched POCO F1 almost a year ago in India. The smartphone was a great value for money but had a few issues, such as screen bleeding but the company was very responsive towards addressing the issues. Update 4: June 28, 2019 — Looks like Xiaomi has changed its mind. After saying that it doesn’t have plans to provide Android Pie update plans few months back, Xiaomi now says that it is looking for testers for global stable ROM for Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A smartphones, since it will end beta updates for all phones from July. However, it is yet to roll out pie update for the Redmi S2/Y2 as it had promised to roll out the update around June.
