realme 7 Pro realme UI 2.0 Software Update Tracker [Update: C.28 with December Android Security Patch]

realme launched realme 7 Pro last week in India running Android 10 based realme UI 1.0. The company has already rolled out Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 update for the smartphone. The handset is confirmed to get Android 12 based realme UI 3.0 Early Access update in Q1 2022.

Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 comes with new features such as System Cloner, Quick Return Bubble, Enhanced Dark Mode, New App Drawer, Third-party Icon Support, Redesigned Notification Panel, Revamped Always-On display, Improved Game Space, and more. Samsung’s 2022 4K and 8K TVs and gaming monitors to support HDR10+ GAMING

Samsung has announced an all-new HDR format – HDR10+ Gaming, in an attempt to offer an immersive gaming experience. This will enable accurate HDR gameplay with low latency and a 120Hz variable refresh rate. The company will unveil HDR gameplay at the upcoming CES 2022. It will also release a list of 4K and 8K game titles – powered by NVIDIA GPUs.

LG Unveils 28-inch DualUp Monitor and 32-inch 4K UltraFine Display ahead of CES 2022

LG has unveiled a new DualUp Monitor 28MQ780 and a new UltraFine Display 32UQ85R for creative professionals and programmers. The 28-inch DualUp Monitor, as well as the 32-inch UltraFine Display, come with a 3-side borderless design and offer enhanced connectivity, and user experience for both home and office workers.

Google Pixel Watch could be powered by Exynos processor, feature next-generation Google Assistant

Google’s upcoming Pixel Watch, codenamed Rohan, is said to be in the works and launch sometime in 2022. The renders of the upcoming Pixel Watch showcasing a round dial also appeared on the web earlier this month. Now, a new report by 9to5Google reveals that the upcoming Pixel Watch might be powered by Samsung’s Exynos processor and offer a next-generation Google Assistant.

WhatsApp adds Quick Replies shortcut, to add end-to-end encryption indicators

WhatsApp, a popular messaging app, is all set to bring a new Quick Replies shortcut for the WhatsApp Business app. To those unaware, the feature allows businesses to send frequently used text replies with the help of keyboard shortcuts without actually typing them. WhatsApp, with a recent WhatsApp Business app update, has added a new shortcut for the Quick Replies feature in the share menu.

OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro OxygenOS 12 Android 12 Update: Filled with Bugs, Blocks Access to Auxiliary Cameras for GCam

OnePlus, earlier this week, rolled out OxygenOS 12 update, based on Android 12, for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro in India and North America. OxygenOS 12 brings with it several new features such as Reworked Icons, Adjustable Dark Mode, Improved Shelf, Work-Life Balance 2.0, Improved Shelf, Canvas AOD improvements, and more. However, it looks like OnePlus rushed to roll out the update as soon after updating the devices, OnePlus and OnePlus 9 Pro users started complaining of bugs.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced update also brings November 2021 Android security patch to Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, Redmi 9 Prime, and POCO M2. MIUI 12.5 Enhanced comes with features like Focused Algorithm, Atomized Memory, Liquid Storage, Smart Balance, and also lets users Uninstall most of the system apps.
