The Acer Liquid E1 was announced at Mobile World Congress as a mid range device running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The Liquid E1 is equipped with a large 4.5″ qHD screen but feels quite comfortable in the hand due to the rounded edges. Internally, the phone has a dual core 1Ghz process and 1GB of RAM. Acer has unveiled 2 new smartphones Liquid Z2 and Liquid E1 for the European markets. The Liquid E1 was formally announced last month, now the company has announced it for the European markets. The Liquid Z2 has a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. It has a 5MP auto focus camera at the back with LED flash, 720p HD video recording. It also features a VGA front-facing camera.
