Google has released Android distribution numbers for the month of June. Android Nougat adoption is increasing and is inching closer to 10%. The latest Android OS is now present on 9.5% of all Android devices of which Android Nougat 7.0 takes 8.9% share while Android 7.1 is owns just 0.6% even after seven months.

Apple’s latest version of its operating system, iOS 10 is present on nearly 80 percent of devices, five months after its release in September 2016. The company has revealed that 79 percent of iOS devices are running iOS 10.

Google has updated Android’s Platform Distribution chart for the month of September. Android Marshmallow adoption has soared to 18.7%, up from 15.2% in August.

Google is back with the monthly numbers for Android distribution. The numbers for the month of March reveals that Lollipop adoption has reached 36.1% making it the most widely used version of Android.

Google is out with its Android distribution data for the month of February. Marshmallow is now finally present on 1.2% of devices, up from 0.7% since last month. The latest version of Android had debuted the distribution chart in November last year with 0.3%.

Google has updated its monthly Android distribution numbers for the month of October. Android Lollipop adoption is increasing every months and reached 23.5% this months.
Apple’s latest operating system iOS 8 is present on 72% of iOS devices, as per latest numbers from App Store distribution. The iOS 8 adoption is up 3% since is was 68% in January .
