Google unveiled the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 last month with Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) that also rolled out to Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 as a new incremental update to the Android 4.1. We got the update both on our Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus 7 devices. Let’s see what new the Android 4.2 has to offer.

We had already heard about the Galaxy Nexus Android 4.2 update roll out for Takju build Galaxy Nexus and now it is time for the international Galaxy Nexus with Yakju build to get this update. With the Galaxy Nexus as scheduled even the Nexus 7 is getting updated to Android 4.2.

Everyone is excited about the next Nexus and also the next version of Android. Rumors are going around that the next Nexus will be announced with a new version of Android, maybe 4.2. But according to software versions spotted on server logs show that that Android 4.2 will be coming out sooner than expected, within about two weeks and it might be an incremental update for Jelly bean and not Key-Lime Pie as we were expecting it to be.
