Micromax Funbook 7-inch tablet running Android 4.0 launched in India for Rs. 6,499

Micromax has launched Funbook, their first Android tablet running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 7-inch capacitive touch screen display and is powered by 1.2ghz processor. It has 0.3MP VGA front facing camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD. This offers interactive study materials for students from class 1 to 12. INTEX iTab – 8-inch Android tablet launched for Rs. 11,900

INTEX has launched iTab, their first tablet. It has 8-inch capacitive two point touch screen display and is powered by 1 GHz cortex A8 core processor. It runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It has front video calling camera and a 3.5mm audio jack. It has 8GB internal memory which is expandable upto 32GB. It weighs 475 g.
