At the ‘Unleashed’ online event, Apple introduced the most expected upgrade to the MacBook Pro that are powered by new M1 Pro and M1 Max chips with up-to-10-core CPU with eight high-performance cores and two high-efficiency cores, along with an up-to-32-core GPU and up to 32GB of fast unified memory. When Apple launched the new Macbook Pro 13 with their new Apple Silicon M1 chip inside, many of us were a little disappointed when the Macbook Pro 13 still had the same external design. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, that will soon change as Apple is rumoured to be developing two new Macbook Pro models for 2021, both with external redesigns and Mini-LED displays.
Apple seems to be prepping on launching a new MacBook Pro revamp later this year as the model is now spotted surfacing the Geekbench benchmark test. According to the listing, the model is MacBook Pro 15,2 and it is powered by the Intel Core i7-8559U Coffee Lake CPU, runs up to 28W. Along with the new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro models, Apple has also introduced new lower-end model on the MacBook Pro without Touch Bar and TouchID. This has the same trackpad, backlit keys and Stereo speakers, but this has only two Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports for power or other connectivity such as VGA, Ethernet and more through separate adapters.
