There were reports of Apple launching the Apple Watch in India in September, but it didn’t happen. Apple launched its flagship iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones in India last week. Apple Watch reportedly launching next week in India, iPhone 6s and 6s Plus expected in October

Apple is planning to launch the Apple Watch in India next week, according to a report from ET Tech, citing senior trade officials as sources. The report also says that the latest iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones are expected to launch by October 10th or 11th, a month ahead of Diwali. Apple is looking to triple the sales of the new iPhones during the festive quarter, October to December, says the report. To remind you, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were launched in India on October 17th, 2014, a month after they were announced. Apple Watch to be available in 7 more countries from June 26

The Cupertino giant on Thursday announced that the Apple Watch will be available in Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan beginning Friday, June 26 from the Apple Online Store, Apple’s retail stores, and select Apple Authorised Resellers.
