ARM has announced Cortex A53 and A57 in the Cortex A50 series based on ARMv8 architecture. These energy-efficient processors with 64-bit processing technology are also fully compatible with the extensive ARM 32-bit ARMv7 ecosystem. These processors would offer better performance compared to the existing ones and would offer new features ranging from gesture control, augmented reality, mobile gaming, web 2.0 and more.
