ASUS announces new Transformer Pad Infinity with 10.1-inch 2560 x 1600 display and 1.9GHz quad-core Tegra 4 processor

Asus has announced a refreshed version of the Transformer Pad Infinity at the Computex 2013 in Taipei. It has a 10.1-inch (2560 x 1600 pixels) LED backlit 10-point multi-touch IPS display with 178-degree wide viewing angles, powered by a 1.9GHz NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor with quad-core ARM Cortex-A15 CPU and 72-core GeForce GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has ASUS SonicMaster-enhanced audio and a redesigned 254mm keyboard dock with multi-touch touchpad. Asus Transformer Pad Infinity Android 4.2 update starts rolling out

Asus has announced that the Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OTA (over-the-air) update v 10.6.1.14.4 for the Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T would start roll out starting from today. The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity was announced last year at MWC with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It received the Android 4.1 update last year, and promised the Android 4.2 update for the TF700T in Q2 2013 last month . The Asus Transformer Pad TF300 was the first non-Nexus tablet to receive the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update, which rolled out last month.
