BlackBerry has released BBM Beta for Windows Phone for the the public on the Windows Phone Store, as it promised last week. BBM app for the beta testers went live in the Windows Phone Store last week. Last week the company said Windows Phone platform got 10,000 signups within 24 hours after the registrations began earlier this month.
