DxO, the popular benchmarking website for cameras and smartphone cameras had ranked the Sony Xperia Z5 as the smartphone with the best camera. Now, Sony has released an update to the camera app which brings in a new UI and features to help make the best out of the camera.
The Moto X Style from Motorola is the flagship product in the X series from Motorola this year. While the Moto X Play came out earlier last month, the X Style went official in India this month. It is basically a high-end smartphone that has a design that is quite similar to the Moto X Play but has much more beefed up specifications and features. Every year at IFA, Samsung unveils one of the most awaited smartphones of the year, the new Note smartphone. The first Galaxy Note smartphone was met with a lot of criticism from many users and bloggers alike for being too big and being too similar to the Galaxy S II in many aspects. Many predicted that the device would fail. Since then, the Note series has come a long way. The Galaxy Note5 is the fifth iteration in the Galaxy lineup of devices. It is probably the best example of the kind of engineering and power packed smartphones that Samsung is able to produce. This year, Samsung announced the Note5 earlier than usual prior to IFA which is its usual stomping ground in an attempt to enter the market prior to the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Alongside it came the Galaxy S6 edge+ which is a larger version of the S6 edge with an extra gig of RAM and a larger battery.
This is the third year running that Motorola have announced updates in the Moto X series of smartphones. However, this year is a little bit different as they introduced not one but 2 new smartphones in the X series. The first is a high-end model known as the Moto X Style and the second is a mid-ranger known as the Moto X Play. The X Play was recently launched in India at really competitive prices i.e Rs 18,499 for the 16GB version and Rs 19,999 for the 32GB version. The features and specifications promise to put up a fight with the other contenders in this price range. Let us take a closer look and see whether the phone lives up to expectations.

DxO, the company behind the famous camera benchmarking site dxomark is set to announce a new lens style camera that can be attached to your smartphone. It has a 1 inch sensor and is a product that is very similar to the Sony QX10 and QX100 products from Sony.
Last year in June, Nest acquired Dropcam for around half a billion dollars and up until now, we didn’t really see much changes after the takeover. Now photos of the upcoming Nest camera and the app UI have been leaked.

HTC has a new promotion running for the HTC RE camera. The HTC RE is now available at a price of US$149 till Monday, 22nd June as a part of the ‘Dads and Grads’ promotion.
A few days ago, we brought to you details about the 3rd generation Moto X but we didn’t have much information regarding its camera. Now we do and apparently the 3rd generation which is rumored to be powered by a Snapdragon 808 processor will feature a camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization).

Sony seems to be having issues related to supplying enough units of their camera sensors to Chinese manufacturers due to the high number of orders placed by Apple for their upcoming iPhone 6C. The C series will apparently be there as an option here on out for customers who prefer to have a smaller 4 inch device.
