Celkon launched the Millennium Vogue Q455, the company’s budget smartphone recently. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Broadcom BCM23550 processor with VideoCore IV GPU, but the CPU-Z says it’s clocked at 1.3 GHz.
