Apple iPad mini Prices Compared across the World

Apple unveiled the iPad mini with a 7.9-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) display yesterday. Apple announced that it would be available for Pre-order starting this Friday, October 26th in 33 countries. The iPad Mini WiFi version would go on sale on November 2nd, while the WiFi+Cellular models will go on sale in mid-November first in the US on AT&T , Verizon and Sprint. We decided to do a comparison of the price of the new iPad mini in the USA, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. We have even converted them to Indian Rupees INR for your ready reference. The iPad mini with WiFi is priced at $329, $429 and $529 for the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions respectively in the U.S., while the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB WiFi + Cellular versions would cost $459, $559 and $659 respectively. Nokia E7: Does It Compete With The N8 Or The HTC Desire Z?

In many of my posts about the Nokia E7, ever since I received my trial unit, I kept saying that “I don’t get it”. I don’t understand the purpose of the E7 or who will buy it or for what reason. The rationale behind my thought was that in terms of Symbian competition, the Nokia N8 offers a much more complete package, while in terms of QWERTY/Business competition, there are plenty of better options with Android on board.

However, saying something is not like proving it in an objective comparison of specs, so given that I have an N8, E7 and HTC Desire Z in my hands, I set out to take some pictures of all of them for you, and to do a specifications comparison table.

iPod Touch 4G vs 3G – Hardware Tour, Size And Retina Display Comparison

It’s only one year ago when I got gifted my 8GB iPod Touch 3rd generation and started discovering and enjoying the world of iOS and that ever-growing AppStore with thousands of cool apps and games. I was hooked almost instantly and used it extensively for a while, then all of a sudden, it started gathering dust in my drawer for a couple of months, and I was back in my old Symbian routine, using a Nokia E72 and N97 Mini. That was until I decided to take the iPod Touch back again, jailbreak it because I felt I was missing an opportunity there, and with multitasking enabled, we became the “bestest” of friends and stayed that way ever since. Lately, I’ve even been using it more and more, relying on it for all my Music and Gaming needs, for my RSS feeds with Reeder, for all my medical apps needs, and a lot of other functions too. Needless to say, those 8GB filled up pretty fast and I was battling the free MBs at least once or twice a week.

That was until the new generation of iPod Touch was announced, and the 32GB one was presented at a relatively affordable price, with all the novelties inside. I couldn’t help but cave in. And I’m pretty excited to say that I’ve been a happy happy camper ever since.

Apple iPad vs Samsung Galaxy Tab Comparison Pics

apple ipad vs samsung galaxy tab indiaWe had the chance to compare the Apple iPad with the Samsung Galaxy Tab. While the iPad has a metallic body , the Galaxy Tab has a plastic one. We found it easier to grip and type on the Galaxy Tab but found the large display on the iPad more fun to use. The iPad is heavier at 730g ( WiFi+3G version ) compared to the Tab at 385g. QWERTY Battle: E5, E71, E72 Extensive Table & Pictures Comparison

The Nokia E71 was (and still is, in many person’s opinions) the king of candybar QWERTYs from Nokia & Symbian. But the E71 is now 2 years old and has been replaced by a new iteration, the Nokia E72, and surprisingly another design, the E5. From the looks of it, the E5 is to the E72 what the E63 was to the E71 (no, this isn’t an IQ test question), a cheaper version that compromises on some aspects while still trying to retain the charming points of the original.

Nokia N82 Vs N86 8MP Camera Comparison

Nokia’s most recent imaging flagship, the Nokia N86, claims to be one of the best camera phones on the market. With an 8MP camera sensor, a wide-angle lens, a Dual-LED flash and an aperture size that should make clear night photos, it is clear that the N86 8MP has the big guns out. Nokia E75 vs N82 Image Gallery

Many people have been wondering about the size of the Nokia E75, worrying that it’s too big or that it doesn’t easily fit in a pocket. In order to set things straight, here is a small picture gallery comparing it to everyone’s favorite cameraphone Nseries, the Nokia N82. From the images, you can notice how well built the E75 is, how small it is, especially in terms of thickness compared to the N82, and how pocketable its form factor is.

Many of my friends have taken a look at the E75 and told me that they would love to own one, as it looks like a usual phone, but when you slide open the keypad, you get all the qwerty goodness and all the power inside. I have to say that I agree with them.

The Nokia E75 Camera Samples prove E75 beats the E71 Cam

Trenton Smith has posted some great pics which are Nokia E75 Camera Samples.

He has also compared the E75 Cam with the E71 and Im really happy to see the quality of pictures on the E75..

E71 is a great phone but Camera falters in low light and other conditions ..

Well Its a biz phone and Im not complaining .. But well Nokia is Listening
