Dropbox has made delivering files to users and clients easier now with the introduction of Dropbox Transfer, which is rolling out for all, after beta testing it back in July. The feature lets users create a single link for large files (up to 100GB), share it with anyone without the hassle of giving people edit access to originals and links that let people download updates you make later.

Dropbox, Inc. has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HelloSign which is an eSignature and document workflow platform with more than 80,000 customers.
