Facebook started rolling out an updated Messenger app for Android with a new design and a faster experience few weeks back for select users, now the iPhone has been updated to a new version that brings a similar design. This version has also been updated for iOS7 with custom in-app sounds. The startup time and overall speed and performance have also be improved.
