Fitbit has introduced three new fitness products, the Fitbit Surge smartwatch with a large LCD Touch screen display, new Charge and Charge HR fitness bands. All these offer wireless syncing, automatic sleep tracking, silent alarm and of course, activity tracking. The Fitbit Surge and Charge HR devices offer continuous and automatic wrist-based PurePulse heart rate monitoring. The PurePulse uses safe LED lights to detect blood volume changes right on the wrist to deliver heart rate monitoring 24/7.
