For those who want to focus mainly on fitness and are not concerned with wearing a wrist band can go for the PLAYFIT 53, which at Rs. 1,999 is a starter to motivation, the primary reason why one would get these bands. Worldwide smartwatch shipments increased 25% YoY, fitness bands stall in Q1 2017
Worldwide shipments fell 7% year on year to just over 9 million in the first quarter of 2017, according to the latest report from Canalys. Meanwhile smartwatch shipments hit 6 million, up 25% YoY . The report revealed that smartwatch now accounts for around 40% of the wearable band market.
