Gionee GPad G3 went on sale online last month, now the company has officially launched the smartphone in India. It is the successor of the GPad G2 that was launched back in May and packs a 5.5-inch (854 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It comes with dual SIM support with dual standby and packs a 2250 mAh battery.
