Google made an announcement today stating that it had begun the process of distributing the monthly software update for September 2022. With the launch of Pixel and Pixel XL in October 2016, Google promised 2 years of Software updates and 3 years of security updates. Google extended that promise by pushing Android 10 to the devices and now, Google has confirmed that they will push one final OTA in December for Pixel First gen.
