But in all these scenarios, the end user is the constant, which means the tracking is entirely dependent on the smartphone which acts as the tracking device, but what if we want to track “things” instead of users? Like what do we do to track our cars or bikes? This is where companies like Letstrack come into play. WhatsApp is rolling out a new live location sharing feature on both Android and iOS today. You could choose to share your real-time location for 15 minutes, 1 hour or 8 hours with your loved ones in chat message with a single person or a group. I always dislike giving directions to people over phone and have always relied on WhatsApp location sharing feature to keep it simple. This new update makes location sharing even more seamless.

Garmin , one of the most popular GPS Navigation system manufacturers in the world, has teamed up with Asus to bring several cellphones with top-notch GPS performance. Review: Sygic Mobile Maps India a Turn by Turn Navigation App for iPhone

iPhone was never a perfect navigational device, though it has Maps App but it hardly solved the purpose, it just shows your current position and roughly calculates distance between point A and B. The scenario increased a little on iPhone world, with release iPhone OS 3.0 and biggies like TomTom, Sygic etc. launched there turn by turn navigational App for iPhone. But to hail the maps were only limited to US, Canada and Australia .After so much wait now we have a hope here, Sygic has launched a full blown turn by turn navigational App for iPhone with maps of India.
