Nokia Lumia 520 Hands On

We brought you the Nokia Lumia 520 photo gallery and having spent a bit more time with the handset, here’s our first hands on impressions of the phone. The Lumia 520 packs in 1Ghz Dual Core Qualcomm processor combined with 512MB RAM which delivers decent performance.

Acer Liquid E1 Hands On

The Acer Liquid E1 was announced at Mobile World Congress as a mid range device running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The Liquid E1 is equipped with a large 4.5″ qHD screen but feels quite comfortable in the hand due to the rounded edges. Internally, the phone has a dual core 1Ghz process and 1GB of RAM. Huawei Ascend P2 Photo Gallery

At an event here in Barcelona, Huawei which is one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers in the world has introduced its brand new flagship. The Huawei Ascend P2 powered by a custom designed 1.5Ghz quad core processor clocks in at just 8.4 milimetres. There’s Android 4.1 on board with a custom UI layer on top that Huawei calls the Emotion UI.

In terms of design the phone looks a lot like its predecessor, the Ascend P1. There’s 1GB of RAM onboard and 16GB of storage. Micromax A116 Canvas HD Unboxing

A few weeks ago Micromax, the popular Indian smartphone manufacturer, showed off its next Android flagship. Catering to the budget minded audience, the Micromax A116 Canvas HD packs a punch in terms of specifications at an extremely wallet friendly price point of Rs. 13,990.

Blackberry Q10 Hands On

Alongside its full touch offering, Blackberry also announced a new keyboard equipped model during its launch events around the world.

Called the Blackberry Q10, the phone retains the excellent keyboard that the company’s devices are known for and brings the guts and OS of the new Z10.

Nokia 206 Hands On

Alongside the QWERTY equipped Nokia Asha 205, the Finnish phone manufacturer also announced the Nokia 206 as part of its feature phone offering.

Samsung ATIV S hands-on

Recently we got a chance to play with the Samsung ATIV S running Windows Phone 8. While HTC and Nokia have already brought their WP8 devices to market, the ATIV S is Samsung’s top end WP8 handset and is yet anywhere. Like competing WP8 devices, the ATIV S too is powered by a 1.5Ghz Snapdragon S4 processor paired with 1GB of RAM.

Nokia Lumia 820 hands on preview

Samsung Galaxy S3 Hands On Video

We managed to get our hands on the Samsung Galaxy S3 again at CTIA after the London event from where you saw the Photo Gallery and our live blog.The Galaxy S3 is actually a feature packed handset and does impress when held in the hand. Only let down is the plasticky finish but even then I seemed to like the white version over the blue version. It is pretty fast and comes out on the top in the benchmarks we tested on it.
