HCL Infosystems and ICT Systems Integration has launched the ME Champ targeted at kids between 3 to 12 years of age. The tablet went on sale online earlier this month and packs a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) multi-touch display, powered by a 1 GHz Cortex A9 processor with Mali-400 GPU and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
