In the latest developments, Britta Gerbracht, German marketing head at the Nokia 8.1 launch admitted that there had been some delays. At the MWC event, KaiOS Technologies announced that it is partnering with Unigroup Spreadtrum & RDA, Airfind, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Doro, HMD Global, Micromax, NXP, Qualcomm to integrate with newest chipsets and offer advanced functionality on lite phones. Furthermore, KaiOS is already supported on high-performance LTE chipset platform Spreadtrum’s SC9820A which is now running on JioPhone.

There were rumors about an unknown Nokia phone for quite some time which is said to come with 5-camera lens on the back. Now a design sketch of the same has surfaced showing how the camera arrangement on the rear might look like. This is just a prototype design, and Foxconn is said to be currently working on a way to design and manufacture the phone.
