Update: July 9, 2020 — Reels feature is now rolling out for users in India inside the Instagram app. You can now create reels just by swiping to the left just like you post stories. Instagram Reels 15-second video-music feature to take on TikTok

Instagram is going after TikTok with its video-music remix service called Instagram Reels. It will let users create 15 second video clips attached with music share them as Stories, with the potential to go viral on a new Top Reels section of Explore. The service is currently being tested in Brazil under the name Cenas for both iOS and Android.
