Update: New renders of the iPhone SE 2 / iPhone 9 have surfaced and the SE 2 is said to sport an LCD screen and this time around, the 3D touch is not said to make a return. Furthermore, it is said to be available in black, white, and red color combinations. The rest of the specifications are not known yet, but hopefully, more details will surface soon.
It has been over 3 years since Apple introduced the iPhone SE with a small 4-inch screen. We had heard rumors about the iPhone SE 2 launching in 2018, but it didn’t happen. Popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in a new investor note with TF International Securities, has said the SE 2 will be released in the first quarter of 2020. This coincides with a previous report from Nikkei, which said we can expect an iPhone with iPhone 8-like design in the spring.

Apple iPhone SE 2 has been in the new for quite some time and today we are hearing more about the phone as the KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo issued a research note today that casts doubt on the features of the iPhone SE 2.
