Fast forward to now, we have its successor, the Lava Iris 504Q+, which comes with some minor changes in specifications as well as build quality and more importantly, the camera. Priced at 13,990 Rs. the Iris 504Q+ sports a 10 MP Sony sensor and an upgraded in-built storage of 8 GB, which makes it slightly better than its predecessor. Lava Iris 504Q Plus

Lava has launched the Iris 504Q+, the successor of last year’s Iris 504Q. It has a similar 5-inch HD display based on OGS technology and runs on Android 4.2, but this is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and has a 10-megapixel rear camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor and LED flash. It also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has gesture motion and voice controls to capture images using the voice command and the gesture feature lets users change tracks, switch between homescreens, tune FM channels and browse gallery.

Now the company has posted a new 6 second video on their Facebook page that shows off the gesture controls in the phone that would let you flick through the pictures within the camera app. The phone has also showed up on the official Lava website that reveals the model as 504Q.
