LG has announced that they have sold more than 3 million LTE smartphones globally. The Optimus LTE global shipments crossed the 1 million mark earlier this January. HTC has announced a new 4G LTE device, HTC Raider 4G in Korea. The phone runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and has 4.5 inch touch screen, 1.5 GHz, Dual-Core processor and a 8MP auto focus camera with LED Flash. Verizon has officially announced today that they will be launching the Long Term Evolution (LTE) in USA on December 5th, covering 38 cities and 60 airports.
