Motorola is known to have an OS that is very close to stock Android experience. They are often the first to release update for their phones whenever a new Android version comes out as well. Now Motorola are proving that they also manage to update their older models regularly as well since the first generation Motorola Moto G LTE is getting update to Lollipop 5.1 in USA.

Sony XPERIA M4 Aqua Dual Review
Typically every year at MWC, Sony announces a new Z series smartphone and many were expecting to see a Sony XPERIA Z4 launched at MWC this year. Well yes, now we do have a Z4/Z3+ however Sony didn’t leave the announcements dry at MWC. What we got from them is the Sony XPERIA M4 Aqua which is the first smartphone from Sony that is waterproof yet has an unprotected microUSB port. The new Z4/Z3+ do adopt a similar method but it first came out with the M4 Aqua. The M4 Aqua which is the successor of the first M2 Aqua (Weird naming scheme I agree) was launched as a dual SIM variant here in India. So in this review we will be taking a look at the Sony XPERIA M4 Aqua Dual to see how well it performs as a smartphone. Whether or not it is a worthy successor to the M2 Aqua and whether it is worth its price.

Elephone P8000 announced – Worldmode LTE and 4200mAH battery for US$210
Elephone has just announced the P8000 which is powered by a Mediatek MT6753 SoC. The MT6753 is basically an under-clocked MT6752 SoC but with Worldmode LTE support and the P8000 is one of the first phones to implement it. This means that it will work with 4G networks across the globe.

Samsung unveils LTE Advanced Tri-Band Carrier Aggregated Galaxy Note 4
Samsung has launched a new version of Galaxy Note 4 with LTE Advanced (LTE-A) Tri-Band Carrier Aggregation. The company claims that the Galaxy Note 4 will provide a download peak speed of 300Mbps, four times faster than the speed of current 4G LTE service.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip will support Cat 9 LTE support
Qualcomm has added LTE Category 9 network support to its upcoming Snapdragon 810 processor. The Snapdragon 810 processor with integrated LTE-Advanced modem can handle download speeds of up to 450 Mbps over three 20MHz LTE carriers.
