Moto G7 with 6.2-inch Full HD+ display, dual rear cameras and Motorola One launched in India for Rs. 16999 and Rs. 13999

After the Moto G7 Power launch last month, Motorola has launched the Moto G7 and in India. It has a 6.2-inch FHD+ Max Vision display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 14nm SoC with 4GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie), has a 12-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. It has a 3D glass back, rear mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3000mAh battery with support for 15W Turbo charging. It also launched the  Motorola One Android One smartphone which was introduced back in August last year.

Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7, Moto G7 Power and Moto G7 Play announced, price revealed

Motorola has finally announced the Moto G7 series – G7, G7 Plus, G7 Power and G7 Play smartphones at an event in Brazil, as it had promised. The Moto G7 and the G7 Plus have a 6.2-inch Max Vision Full HD+ display and 3D glass back. The top-end G7 Plus is powered by Snapdragon 636, while the others are powered by Snapdragon 632. All the phones have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C Port and a water-repellent design that protects against accidental spills, sweat, and light rain.

Motorola Moto G7, G7 Plus, G7 Play and G7 Power detailed specifications surface ahead of Feb 7 announcement

Motorola recently scheduled an event in Brazil on February 7th to introduce Moto G7 series smartphones — G7, G7 Plus, G7 Play and G7 Power. Now Motorola has accidentally revealed the specifications of all the G7 series smartphone its Brazil website. This shows that the G7 Plus will actually be powered by Snapdragon 636 SoC, even though earlier rumors said that it will be powered by Snapdragon 660. Other devices are powered by Snapdragon 632 SoC, as rumored earlier.

Moto G7 Plus, G7, G7 Play and G7 Power with a notch surface in new renders [Update: More renders and price]

Update – January 18, 2019: More renders of the Moto G7 series have surfaced along with pricing for the G7 Play and G7 Power in Europe, which are rumored to start at €149 (US$ 169 / ₹ 12,075 approx.) and €209 (US$ 237 / ₹ 16,935 approx.), respectively.

Moto G7 Plus with 6.4-inch Full HD+ water-drop notch display, dual rear cameras surface in press render

After Moto G7, now Moto G7 Plus has surfaced in press render. This reveals a similar water-drop notch display, but this will come with a slightly larger 6.4-inch screen compared to 6-inch screen. This is said to feature a similar glass back, dual rear cameras, fingerprint sensor embedded with Motorola logo, USB Type-C port, and a bottom-mounted speaker grille. Moto G7 with 6-inch FHD+ water-drop notch display surface in renders; G7 Power could arrive alongside G7 Play and G7 Plus

Lenovo-owned Motorola’s upcoming launch will be the Moto G7-lineup since it just launched the G6 series earlier this year. The G7 series lineup will include the regular G7, G7 Plus variant, and G7 Power edition is also expected. Moto G7 with water drop screen, dual rear cameras surface in live images

It has just been four months since Motorola announced the Moto G6 series, now live images of the Moto G7 has surfaced. It is being tested as Moto G6 Plus, and the first big change is the water drop notch design, which is a trend these days. The notch houses a camera, and the fingerprint sensor that was present below the screen on the Moto G6 and the G6 Plus is missing, so it is now on the back of the phone with a Motorola logo, similar to the Moto G6 Play.
