On announce day, T-Mobile didn’t tell us when they are planning to launch it but now the cat is finally out of the bag. T-Mobile is planning to launch their new flagship myTouch on July 27th and it will go for only $199.99 on a 2-yr contract. If you are waiting for this device from a long time and want to pre-order it, then it will be up for pre-order on July 19th so mark your calendars, and you will be able to receive your myTouch 4G Slide on day one. T-Mobile officially launched myTouch 4G last year, which is a good looking device and currently exclusive to T-Mobile in USA. Now it looks like T-Mobile and HTC are gearing up to launch the successor to myTouch 4G and it will be known as myTouch 4G Slide. Our friends over at BGR got their hands on some images of myTouch 4G Slide, which is codenamed as Doubleshot and it’s actually just like myTouch 4G in design, but the new addition is the QWERTY keyboard. T-Mobile is expanding it’s 4G mobile broadband network to 8 new metro areas which are Detroit, Mich.; Grand Junction, Colo.; Harlingen, Texas; Lafayette and South Bend, Ind.; Montgomery, Ala.; Roanoke-Lynchburg, Va. and Youngstown, Ohio.
