Fingerprint scanners have become a sort of defacto feature of most high-end and a few mid ranger smartphones. They offer a good way to secure your device as well as a faster method of authentication to bypass the lockscreen or grant permissions and passwords. Hardware and software make the product but it is the experience that sells the idea behind it. An ideology well adopted by Apple and the iPhone and now by Google to an extent. Today’s Nexus devices are no longer developer devices, no longer showcases of how Android can scale down and certainly not a showcase of delivering high end hardware for a low low cost. No, this is a revised Nexus experience that is all about the premium and proving that Google is very capable of being competitive. Google Nexus 5X launched in India starting at Rs. 31990
Google unveiled the Nexus 5X smartphone last month, today it has launched the LG-made smartphone in India, as expected. It packs a 5.2-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Hexa-Core Snapdragon 808 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). LG Nexus 5x all set to launch in India on 13th October
The darling of the Android world, the Nexus 5 finally saw an update earlier this month when Google announced the new LG Nexus 5x. Of course, the first question that accompanies such a launch is regarding launch details for India. So when we received this not so mysterious invitation, there’s no doubt that we were ecstatic over the prospective launch of the new Nexus devices in India, particularly the LG made Nexus 5x. As LG proudly claims on their website, it appears that the all-around champion is back.

Google launches Nexus Protect – Premium warranty packages for the Nexus 6P and 5X
Google has announced an add on insurance policy for the new Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X smartphones. The additional insurance coverage is optional and will be valid for a period of two years.

Google Nexus 5X (LG-H790 and LG-H791) visits FCC, reveals dimensions and LTE bands
The LG-made Google Nexus 5X (LG-H791) surfaced on Amazon.in earlier this week, and the press image surfaced a few days back, showing off the smartphone in Charcoal Black, Ice Blue and Quartz White colors, now the smartphone has visited the FCC (Via). This lists LG-H791 and LG-H790 models that confirm the dimensions, screen size and the LTE bands of the smartphone.
